About Burlap

Burlap is a plant-based, woven material and may have natural irregularities and imperfections. Paints adhere differently to burlap than smoother fabrics due to its coarse texture.  I strive to work around any natural blemishes whenever possible in order to match the product pictured in the listing.  Even so, there may be slight variations on the finished product.  However, this is what gives your product its unique personality and rustic chic look!

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order, therefore, I do not stock pillows (unless noted on the listing).  Please allow 3-5 business days for completion of your item before it ships.

How much do you charge for shipping?

I offer a FREE standard first class or ground shipping on all orders in the US!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, I offer expedited shipping at an additional cost (to cover the extra postage required).  Orders placed with expedited shipping usually takes 1-2 business days to arrive once shipped.   Please contact me if you need your item by a certain date, I am always happy to accommodate my customers’ special requests!

Do you offer order tracking?

All shipments within the US will include tracking information.

What is the deadline for delivery before Christmas?

In order to ensure delivery of your order before Christmas (US orders only), please place all orders before December 13.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy? 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and return items within 14 days of delivery. All returned orders will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Because of the nature, the following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Cancellation or changes can be made up to 24 hours after purchase with the exception of Ready to Ship items due to the fact that they often are shipped on the same day.  

Custom Orders

Do you personalize products?

I will be glad to personalize items for you at no extra charge.  However, some items may require an entire redesign in order to personalize, in which case there will be an additional fee.
